Initial Comments:
This report is the result of a revisit conducted on March 14, 2024, at Jefferson Surgical Center At The Navy Yard as the result of a previous Medicare recertification survey conducted on February 28, 2023. It was determined the facility in substantial compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Title 42, Part 416 - Conditions for Coverage for Ambulatory Surgical Centers.

This report is the result of an unannounced revisit survey conducted on March 14, 2024, following a State Licensure survey completed on February 28, 2023, at Jefferson Surgical Center At The Navy Yard. It was determined that the facility was in compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Ambulatory Care Facilities, Annex A, Title 28, Part IV, Subparts A and F, Chapters 551-573, November 1999.
